By entering into the PAX x Zac Brown Band Concert Giveaway 2026 (the “Sweepstakes”), I accept the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules.
I confirm I am at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Only PAX Labs, Inc. (“PAX”) is sponsoring the Sweepstakes and is solely responsible for operating the Sweepstakes, not Zac Brown Band or any representative, manager, agent, or affiliate thereof. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated in any way with any artist, venue, ticketing company, or social media platform, nor is this Sweepstakes sponsored, endorsed, or regulated by Zac Brown Band or any representative, manager, agent, or affiliate thereof, nor any artist, venue, ticketing company, or social media platform.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to anyone who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry and is a resident of Massachusetts and has a valid email address. Employees of PAX, its subsidiaries, and their immediate household members are not permitted to enter.
Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of these Official Rules. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Entry Period: The entry period (the “Entry Period”) of the Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2026 at 5:00pm PST, and ends on July 15, 2026 at 9:00am PST. Entries submitted before June 1, 2026 at 5:00pm PST, or after July 15, 2026 at 9:00am PST will not be eligible.
How to Enter: During the Entry Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes either (1) automatically, by completing a purchase of any product on pax.com within the Entry Period, more than one purchase during the Entry Period will not grant the entrant multiple entries; (2) automatically, signing up for PAX’s marketing email list by providing a valid email address at pax.com within the Entry Period; or (3) via email by emailing PAX at social@pax.com with the subject line “PAX x Zac Brown Band Giveaway Massachusetts 2026” within the Entry Period.
You must complete either of these entry requirements within the Entry Period in order to be eligible to win. Each individual may enter only one time. If you engage in multiple ways of entering, your entry will only be counted once. If PAX determines, in its sole discretion, that your entry is invalid, it shall not be considered an eligible entry.
Winner Selection: PAX will select one winner after 5:00pm PST on July 15, 2026 in a random drawing of all entries received during the applicable Entry Period. There will be only one winner for the Sweepstakes. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.
Notification: Potential winners will be notified by PAX via direct message or email on July 16, 2026 and must respond within a 48-hour time period from the date and time stamp the message was sent from PAX. If your reply is not received within the time requested, the Prize will be deemed as undeliverable and will result in forfeiture. PAX will randomly select an alternate winner.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Zac Brown Band concert out of the concerts to take place at Fenway Park in Boston, Massachusetts on August 2, 2026 (the “Prize”). The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Prize does not include transportation, lodging, food or beverages. It is your responsibility to determine whether and how you will be able to redeem the Prize. All taxes associated with the receipt or use of the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize Restrictions: The Prize is not transferable or refundable, must be accepted as awarded and cannot be resold for profit. No cash equivalent or alternative product or prize will be made available. Federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. It is your responsibility to determine how to use the Prize and make sure you are able to redeem the Prize.
