TERMS OF SERVICE
When you enroll to the Subscribe and Save program, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency you select and the payment method you used at checkout will be automatically charged the subscription price on a recurring basis. If you use a discount code, it will be applied to your first order only. You can change the frequency, product type and volume, payment method and shipping address of your subscription or cancel at any time by selecting to cancel your subscription under “Subscriptions” in your Account panel. If the price of your selected product has changed since signing up for a subscription, we will let you know via email at least 7 days before the price change. If you signed up for a free subscription trial period, we will notify you via email at least 3 days before the trial period converts into a paid subscription.

ACCESSING SUBSCRIPTIONS
Login to your PAX account or create a new account - you only need an email address to get started.
Select Subscriptions from the Account menu to see your active and inactive subscriptions.
Input your email address again and input the verification code once received.
Feel free to review your information, modify any existing subscriptions or even reactivate previously canceled or paused subscriptions.
SKIPPING ORDERS
After logging in on the Subscriptions screen, select the Skip button in the order panel. You will have the option to gift the order, or skip for one week or two weeks. Upon choosing an option, confirmation of your choice will appear.
SETTING A SPECIFIC ORDER DATE
After logging in on the Subscriptions screen, select the Next order date button in the order panel. You will be able to choose your next order date, and upon choosing an option, confirmation of your choice will appear.
EDITING PRODUCTS
After logging in on the Subscriptions screen, select the Edit products button from the order panel. From here, the window that appears will allow you to:
Swap Items
Increase/Decrease Quantity of Items
Remove Items from the Subscription
Add Additional Items to the Subscription
After editing, selecting to Save Changes will update the subscription shortly with your new selections.
GET YOUR ORDER NOW
After logging in on the Subscriptions screen, select the Get now button in the order panel. This will create a new order for you immediately, and adjust your next order out at the frequency that has been selected. For example, if your subscription is set to deliver every two weeks, you will have an order placed now and your next order will be 2 weeks from now.
EDIT ORDER FREQUENCY
After logging in on the Subscriptions screen, select the ... button in the order panel. The first option is Edit frequency. Selecting this will allow you to choose your order frequency (between every week, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, or once a month) and choose your next order date. Selecting Apply will update your subscription.
APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE
After logging in on the Subscriptions screen, select the ... button in the order panel. The second option is Apply discount code. Selecting this will allow you to input a discount code and apply it to your subscription or upcoming order, depending on the type of discount.
CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
After logging in on the Subscriptions screen, select the ... button in the order panel. The last option is Cancel. Selecting this will allow you to cancel your subscription and no additional orders will be placed automatically on your behalf. And once cancelled, the only option available in the order panel will be to Reactivate, so it will be very easy for you to come back and start your subscription up again!
