Why was my card charged if I didn't receive an order confirmation?

If you didn't receive an Order confirmation number after the checkout process, your order attempt was unsuccessful. 

Declined transactions may appear as pending transactions and usually drop off within 5 business days, depending on your bank/card.

Declined transactions are never posted or permanently charged to your account. Unfortunately, during that time that the bank is processing the pending transactions, those charges will be deducted from your account balance. These funds are not being held by PAX and the pending status will be removed only by your bank.

Multiple order attempts with incorrect billing information will results in multiple/duplicate pending transactions. Make sure to triple check all billing information before submitting your order.
