What are the shipping policies for Era devices?

As a result of recently announced regulatory changes that affect shipping, PAX has adjusted the delivery methods of our products. If purchasing an Era Pro or Era Life, the following changes apply:

  • Cannot be combined with a PAX 2, PAX 3 or PAX accessory
  • Subject to $5 shipping fee. Orders over $49 ship for free.
  • Zip code restrictions apply
  • Extended delivery window via a private carrier
  • Adult signature required upon delivery
  • No expedited shipping options

The remainder of our products, including PAX 2, PAX 3 and PAX related accessories, will be shipped via USPS.
