PAX Serial Numbers

PAX 1

PAX 1 serial numbers are located on the original packaging and underneath the removable mouthpiece. If you're having trouble removing the mouthpiece please reach out to PAX Support directly.

PAX 2, PAX 3, PAX Plus and PAX Mini

Serial numbers for these devices are located on the back of the device itself, under the charging contacts and PAX logo. 

PAX 2 and PAX 3 serial numbers are 8 characters long. PAX Plus and PAX Mini serial numbers are 10 characters long

PAX Flow, PAX Mini 2

Remove the mouthpiece to view the serial number, located on the inner wall of the top of the device.
