What are your new shipping policies for Era devices as of October 21, 2021?
As a result of recently-announced regulatory changes that affect shipping, PAX has adjusted the delivery methods of our products. If purchasing an Era Pro or Era Life, the following changes apply:

• Cannot be combined with a PAX 2, PAX 3, or PAX accessory
• Subject to $19 shipping fee based on your location; order total calculated in checkout
• Zip code restrictions apply
• Extended delivery window via a private carrier
• Adult signature required upon delivery
• No expedited shipping options

The remainder of our products, including PAX 2, PAX 3, and PAX-related accessories, will be shipped via USPS.
Why is my zip code restricted for Era products?
As a result of recently-announced shipping policy changes, PAX has partnered We Ship Express for delivery of our Era collection. While We Ship Express does deliver nationally, they rely on a network of private couriers that may be limited in your area. If you would like to explore options locally, please visit our store locator.
Why can't I buy a PAX or PAX accessory and Era together?
Due to recent changes in shipping policies, we have to use different shippers for certain devices. Going forward, we've partnered with We Ship Express to deliver our Era products. The remainder of our products, including PAX 2, PAX 3, and PAX-related accessories, will be shipped via USPS.

As a result of these separate processing and shipping requirements, PAX and Era products cannot be ordered together. If you would like to find PAX devices near you, check out our store locator here.
Why are shipping costs so high for an Era device?
The shipping fees for Era devices, including Era Pro and Era Life, are a result of increased regulation for the mailing of vaporizers. PAX relies on a network of private carriers via We Ship Express, providing a novel final mile delivery with adult signature requirements. If you would like to explore options locally, please visit our store locator.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
At this time we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
How soon can I get my order?
Orders for products from our PAX Collection ship via USPS Priority for US orders and Canada Post for Canada orders. Both methods have a standard delivery estimate of 3-7 business days.

Orders for products from the Era Collection in the US ship via a private carrier with a delivery estimate of 10-25 days. In Canada, these orders will continue to ship via Canada Post.

• Delivery dates on our website are estimates provided by the courier and may be affected by weather, national holidays, and some geographic locations.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?
No, not if you have received your tracking information by email. All orders placed before noon, PT will ship same day. Orders placed after noon PT will ship the next business day.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your tracking number. This link will also be available in the Order History section of your account.
