PAX 3 will not pair to the PAX App

To pair your PAX with your mobile phone, please follow the steps below.

• Android device: ensure that Location Services are turned on.
• iPhone: ensure you are using the Connect Browser App. Details and instructions can be found here.
• If pairing with your phone isn't working, try the Web App. Requires Chrome browser on a desktop or laptop

Turn on PAX 3 and shake LEDs turn blue to enter Bluetooth pairing mode

Note: you'll first see your battery level displayed on LEDs (white) but continue shaking PAX.
