What's Delta-8?
Delta-8 is one of hundreds of cannabinoids naturally occurring in the Cannabis Sativa L. plant. While it's not found in significant amounts within the Cannabis Sativa L. plant, our High Purity Delta-8 THC pods contain Delta-8 derived from cannabidiol (CBD) through a process of isomerization.

Legality
The 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp and its derivatives containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. Delta-8 THC is a derivative of hemp, and our PAX High Purity Delta-8 THC pods contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. To see test results please refer to your batch number and visit the Delta-8 PAX page.

Testing
Each PAX High Purity Delta-8 THC batch is independently tested by certified, third party laboratories for safety, potency and quality. Results are published in the form of Certificate of Analysis (COAs) and are accessible here.
