My PAX is not lighting up on the charger or is not fully charging

If you're not seeing any lights when charging your PAX 2, PAX 3, PAX Mini, PAX Mini (2), or PAX Plus try the following:

  1. A wall adapter might not supply enough power. Try charging from a USB port on a computer/laptop. We recommend a power source capable of supplying 1.5A.
  2. Push down on the charging contacts of the device using your thumbs.
