Please register your Flow device below to extend the limited warranty offered on your device for an additional 2 years. You must register within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for the extended limited warranty. See details of the PAX Flow 2-Year Extended Limited Warranty policy here.



NOTICE FOR RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA, CONNECTICUT, MASSACHUSETTS, MARYLAND, MISSOURI, NEW HAMPSHIRE AND VIRGINIA: This form is for product registration. Registration is not necessary to receive warranty service. Failure to complete and submit this form does not diminish your warranty rights. Residents of California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, Missouri, New Hampshire and Virginia are eligible for a 4-Year Limited Warranty on their PAX Flow device. You are welcome to register your device as a convenient way to keep track of your proof of purchase.

To register:

  1. 1. Navigate to My Account by clicking the button below or selecting the Account button from the main navigation
  2. 2. Login with an existing account or create a new account
  3. 3. Once logged in, navigate to the Warranty tab
  4. 4. Under Registered Devices, select to Register My Device
  5. 5. Fill out the required information
