Dispatch Times:

Orders placed before 11:00 CET (Mon–Thu) ship same day.

Orders placed before 10:00 CET on Fridays ship same day.

Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on UK/Northern Ireland public holidays ship next business day.

Dispatch may take 24–48 hours depending on stock availability and security checks.

United Kingdom Shipping

Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
  • This is not a guaranteed next-day service.
  • Royal Mail aims to scan parcels within 24 hours, but this is not guaranteed.
  • Delays caused by Royal Mail are not refundable.

European Union Shipping

UPS Standard

  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 hours (Mon–Thu).
  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Lost Parcel Timeframes

  • Royal Mail parcels cannot be considered lost until 7 working days after the expected delivery date.
  • UPS parcels cannot be considered lost until 7 working days after the expected delivery date.

Combined Orders

  • If multiple orders are placed on the same day before dispatch, we will combine them where possible.
  • If the first order has already shipped, remaining orders will ship separately.

General Notes

  • No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK/NI public holidays.
  • High-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, seasonal peaks) may cause minor delays.
  • All dispatch times are subject to stock availability and routine security checks.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from no-reply@pax.com (or no-reply@shops.pax.com) with your tracking number.


Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate once the carrier receives the parcel.
