Device unresponsive after updating Firmware

If an attempt to update your PAX firmware failed, your device will be unresponsive. The LEDs won't light up, and PAX won't heat. Try these quick steps:

1. Leave your PAX 3 on the charger for 1 hour (you won't see any lights but that's okay)
2. This will ensure the device gets to the minimum 50% battery charge needed for the update to complete
3. Try killing the app or restarting your phone, and then restart the app.
4. Please wait up to a minute for the app to show that it has started updating the device.
