Why won't my PAX Four charge correctly?

If you're not seeing any lights when charging your PAX Four or notice it isn't reaching a full charge within ~2 hours try the following:

• Charge your PAX Four from a different power source, like a computer/laptop, power hub or power supply with a rated output of 5V-9Vdc, 2.5A minimum (3A max)
• Try a different USB-C cable
• Check connections are secure

Charge times vary based on the charing cable, power source/supply or adapters used.
