Cleaner, Safer System

Our products are free from crystalline silica, heavy metals, harmful toxins, contaminants, pesticides, or residual solvents. Our temperature control ensures that our system heats, never burns cannabis oil, ensuring there are no harmful combustion byproducts. Our unique clear air path means that vapor never touches the internal electronics — there’s no “battery air” ever.

Superior Hardware

As one of the few brands that designs  our own hardware, we engineer every single detail so our customers can consume with confidence. This starts with extensively vetted materials and a RSS (Restricted Substances Specification) that bans or restricts the use of nearly 500+ substances in our hardware. Our pods feature food grade materials, tested to medical standards, and are manufactured in cleanrooms, in GMP facilities, with continual in-line testing of every single PAX device and pod, to ensure safety.

Our products are only as good as the cannabis we source, so we start with the very best. We collaborate with partners in each market where we operate that are for the community, by the community. We conduct full intake testing before accepting material inputs, rejecting any that don’t meet our stringent standards.

Rigorous Testing Standards

As a national brand, we view the most stringent state regulatory requirements as only our baseline, choosing to hold ourselves to the even higher standards and testing requirements we believe consumers deserve. We’ve implemented rigorous testing protocols at up to five different points in our manufacturing process, that go far beyond the state-mandated lab testing and certificates of analysis (COAs) requirements. This ensures our products are free from harmful contaminants, heavy metals, microbials, mycotoxins, pesticides, and residual solvents.

This starts with sensory testing to ensure the product contains no signs of oxidation and is free from foreign odors and contaminants. Then we move on to our analytical analysis where we impose higher standards than any of the state regulatory agencies by ensuring Non Detect (ND) or <LOQ results for heavy metals, microbial contamination, mycotoxins, pesticides, residual solvents, and receive confirmation of potency. We do not allow remediated material into our supply chain and only accept COAs from PAX-vetted and approved labs for consistency.

Comprehensive Quality Management

We’re serious about quality, which is why we have a team dedicated to quality assurance and product integrity throughout the process. We’ve pioneered peer-reviewed and published frameworks for assessing risk in vape products. We conduct rigorous internal testing and maintain one of the only internal labs that can perform aerosol and emissions testing of vapor, in order to ensure consumer safety and wellbeing.
