Why does my PAX feel hot to the touch?

PAX devices like the PAX Four, PAX Mini (2), and PAX Flow operate at temperatures hot enough to create vapor. So it’s expected that the outer shell will warm during use. These tips can help:

• Hold the device throughout your session to help dissipate heat. 
• Hold device closer to the mouthpiece/away from the oven
• Change the heat mode / temperature setting (not available for PAX Mini)
• If you’re not seeing any odd blinking lights, your device is likely working as designed
