Where's the serial number on Era devices?

To locate your Era, Era Pro, Era Go or Era Life serial number, remove the pod and look into the device. You'll find the serial printed along the top of the pod area in white. 

Era serials are 10 characters long, while Era Pro, Era Life and Era Classic are 8 characters. 

K500/K600 is not part of the serial number.

Note: Era Classic serial is located on the back of the device.
