There's a green / yellow counter-clockwise swirl on my Era Classic

Seeing the LEDs do a yellow/light green swirl indicates that a draw was taken too quickly after inserting a pod. Remove the pod, reinsert it, then wait a few seconds before taking a draw.

If the yellow/light green LED swirl persists, then the issue could be with the pod itself. In this case, please try a different pod and the issue should be resolved.
