My Pod is Clogged

If you're unable to draw from your Era pod, even when removed from the device, it may be clogged.

Try the following steps to clear the clog:

• Warm the pod in your hands or pockets for a few minutes first
• Try drawing hard on the pod by itself a few times

If that doesn't work, try the following:

• Insert the pod into the device
• Use your fingers to block the air holes on each side of the device
• Try drawing hard a couple of times to clear the clog
