How do I verify my age?

We've partnered with Bluecheck, an industry leading age verification service. The information you provide during check out on PAX.com is used by Bluecheck to complete a public records search, only reporting back whether or not you are of age to purchase our products. In the United States, you must be 21 or over to purchase a PAX device. 

You will only be able to submit an order once you've passed Age Verification. Steps for the Age Verification process are shown on screen during checkout, and are:

1. Use your full first and last name as it appears on government issued I.D.
2. Enter date of birth
3. Optional SSN submission
4. Potential Photo ID submission

If Bluecheck cannot immediately verify your age based on their basic public records search you'll be required to upload a photo ID.

Bluecheck only accepts government issued IDs. 

1. ID uploads are handled via mobile upload or email link, by following the on screen prompts as they appear in the checkout process
2. ensure ID submissions are clear and legible.

The age verification process happens during checkout before submitting payment, and usually takes less than 5 minutes.

Note: Do not send ID image/file to PAX Support as we're unable to assist with the verification process
