Pax Counterfeit Enforcement Release

Law enforcement officials representing the US Department of Homeland Security and a county police department raided the Massachusetts home and office of an alleged counterfeit Pax Vaporizer trafficker on October 7, 2014. The alleged trafficker was observed by law enforcement officials as being in receipt of counterfeit Pax Vaporizers from counterfeit manufacturers in China.

The alleged trafficker was arrested and charged with multiple counts of Counterfeit Trademark Distribution and Larceny by a Single Scheme. Additional charges may be forthcoming.
